It would be interesting to see a follow-up video on how men and women's perception of male beauty also differs as well. Most of us guys have a stereotypical idea of what kind men women find attractive which generally seems incorrect.

One thing I've noticed is that women will call other women pretty who put in effort. Very often I'll hear women say "oh she's so pretty" but it has very little to do with the woman's actual features, and a lot to do with the woman's styling and makeup, and being the sort of woman who puts effort into her appearance. Meanwhile guys will say a woman is pretty who has underlying pretty features, and care very little about styling.

Attraction is one thing, beauty is another. I recognize when someone is beautiful by the standards, but I may not find that person attractive.

This is helpful, since a few of my female friends have low self-esteem because they think they aren't attractive, which baffles me. No matter how much I try to explain to them otherwise. Beauty does indeed lie in the eyes of the beholder.

Men factoring face AND body into what they find attractive makes a lot of sense. There are some celebrity women who are average-looking to me with amazing bodies, but men find them stunning.

The difference in slenderness preferences reminds me of gym culture. Gym bros set appearance standards for other Gym bros, and now we're working out to look good for other men lol. Women don't even care about the standards we've set.

i agree with the facial maturity one. i think that women are more inclined to view those of elder nature to be more majestic and powerful, while men view younger women to be more juvenile and outgoing. As for facial androgeny, im not so sure.

I'm a woman who almost universally found the guy pretty examples prettier. The girl pretty ones had very harsh/severe makeup or brow styling choices and masculine facial structure and/or features. But I also find younger men much more attractive than older men.

Edit: Would be curious to see what's considered girl pretty in Asian countries. Have a feeling it'd be much different and softer/more feminine than girl pretty in western countries.

I'm girl pretty because of my style choices, and I love it. Whenever a girl tells me I look good, I know it's because I put in effort on my outfit and makeup, and the fact that they noticed always makes my day. I can tell that the girls that compliment me appreciate the fact that I make style choices that are out of the norm, and that makes me happy because to me, dressing in a basic way is boring. However, guys don't seem to care about the way I dress, and some have even told me that I'd look better if I toned it down.
