I Take my E85 Tuned V10 BMW M5 Drag Racing!!

I finally do something with my E60 BMW M5 Besides working on it!
Went to my local test and tune for some 1/4 mile action. My tires where totally shot so i wasn't able to launch this time but was pretty happy with the trap speeds.

Car setup,
Gintani full E85 tune
Dual Walbro 255 pumps
Primary cats and rear muffler delete
BMF Intake scoops and filters
Dinan 3.91 rear end

Love to see you taking your vehicles out to the track. Suggestion: Launch on the last yellow..your ET's will be close to perfect. Don't wait for the green...your R/T will be perfect to catch the green on the nose at that point.

....lost a second sitting at the line, ...on launch! Engine, ...or Exhaust sounds Boss!


Edit 1:...well, we know that 335 isn't stock! His hole shot was awesome!!


Edit 2: You're changing gears too quick, ...should be changing gears at 8000 rpm range....


Edit 3: Tire "threads" isn't the only fact! "Tire compound", ....if you really want better hook up, ....get a softer tire compound! Also, ....you will want the suspension setting in 0 to #2, ...so the rear "squats", ....#3 will induce longer tire spin! Also, ...instead of 45, ..38 psi, etc, ....perhaps, ..run the rear tires at 30 psi, ...if not lower!

My stock m5 ran a damn 14 because I was spinning for the whole 1/8th. My b5 s4 blows it out of the water sadly. What tires are you gonna get?

There was a video circulating on youtube of a guy consistently running low 10's like 10.1 -10.2 quarter mile with the E60 M5, was meth injected and stock otherwise. quite insane. lol
