Truly we have come full circle in lens design. From engineering the most optically perfect and sharp to now this, a device that undoes all of that. What a crazy world 2023 is.

I'd love to see more controlled tests so we can objectively see how each tuner affects lenses

Sounds so fascinating! Would love to see more tests with these lenses in short narrative/doc scenarios.

One of the most innovative creations I’ve seen, for sure

What an incredibly innovative solution! I love the size and economical choice of the rear glass design, but I would also be interested in a front glass adapter. Totally understand it would be more expensive, but then you wouldn't be limited by the camera or lens choices. Regardless, it's a stunning achievement!

You know this is a big deal when Moment brought the “A” Team in to do the launch 👍🏻 Remarkable glass!

I achieved the same effect with a fungus-infected lens.

This is definitely super cool. I found a lot of luck using the metabones speedbooster for MFT cameras (most recently with the GH6) paired up with vintage Nikon primes. You get an extra stop of light plus all the characteristics of an old lens. It's not variable like yours is but it definitely brings its own look using actual vintage glass.

Pretty awesome to see camera and glass technology develop! I can't imagine the creators of 60s and 70s Japanese Nikkor lenses seeing their glass paired with a pocket size cinema camera with IBIS and ridiculous resolutions. What will the future hold for us now?

Stunning result with these lens adapters, looking for one in FujiFilm X mount

Reminds me of the Arri V filters. Taking optically nearly perfect lenses and adding imperfections and (retro) character to it

Amazing! Unfortunately there isn’t a Fuji mount version… will buy if they become available.

The idea is amazing. But the price tag for such a device probably puts it outside for a lot of people. To choose between a better lens or a filter? I think the choice is easy, lens.

These look great! Unfortunately my Z Cam E2 doesn’t have a lens mount this will work with.
And any chance of making a video showing a bunch of with clips shot with and without the adapters in different environments? I would love to see how much change they make to the look.

Where can I see some before/after and different strength frames to compare? images on kickstarter are low-res and couldn't tell the difference that much...

I was ready to back but I use Fuji so now I‘m going to hope it becomes a success and gets a Fuji version

So a set of these plus the moment anamorphic adaptor and a fast zoom and you have a full cinema vintage anamorphic glass kit for 4k vs 40k?
