we didnt meet 2yrs personal meeting requirement. they denied it despite we met 6mos after filling and after asking for waiver that pandemic prevents us from meeting. how soon can i reapply for new i129f? can i apply new application once the 33days to appeal passed?

I got denied I 129F because of tine frame before apply not qualified.
I know my fiance inn2017
I went back to see him in 2019 . And Oct 2022 I submit application with all my evidence that I went back inn2019. But Oct 2020-2022 during the pandemic situation and moving to the new home . The I went back again in May 2023 . So I got denied my case. If I appeal I still not get approve because of I have no evidence within Oct 2020-2022. In this case, can I go back to marry him right away or do I need to wait untill the k 1 case final first ? Or can marry and apply right away. Thank you 🙏

A very close relative of mine is having issues, they submitted their medicals but didn’t submit the form I-485 along side, their I-485 was denied but the form I -767 was approved
They got two separate letters from immigration, the first was the approval for the I-767 and the should submit the form I -485 along side and the other was the denial notice letter and their possible option to appeal reopen or refile
It’s a confusing situation right now, what do you think it’s the best option for them ?

My K1 fiance visa was denied due to the 2yr requirement of meeting each other was not met. I got a denied letter but at the end of the letter it said I could go for an appeal or motion within 33 days of the letter was created. Does that mean my case is completely denied or rejected or does it mean that I still have a chance by going for an appeal or motion to reopen if I have documents to prove the requirement they are asking for?
Is the motion to reopen going to be taken into consideration or should I apply from the beginning? Which one do you suggest?

Can i ask? We never did an appeal. We were never denied in the first place. But after nvc sent back the case to uscis, our status says “our motion/appeal is dismissed “ and then later says” reconsider or appeal of decision (case reopened)” all we did was public inquiry. How come it all led to this?
