I like your video on the appeal process. I have a question for you though. I recently took a driver to court who hit my car. The amount I was claiming was for $9500 which cover all my cost plus the damage done to the vehicle which was around $6000. The judge and defendant acknowledged that she hit my car. However they claim that I was asking for more than my claim was worth and she did not side with either one of us. Instead she said zero for me and zero to them. In Arizona we are an at fault state. I was only asking for the car damage and my time. I believe the judge did not see this clearly. I want to appeal this.
Should I?

Hi I was wrongfully evected then paid to take the boss man to court and wasn't able to show my proof on this case, she let the defendant translate for her instead of me.... I feel that three were many wrongful reason what rights do I have cuz I ask for a appeal and she said for me to take her 500 Dollar and she would appeal

I just feel like the judge did not see whats going on. And everyone who knows my ex personally cant believe what happened. He believed the lies my ex made. And that hurts me. Hello and thank you for your information. I have a case that has lasted over 3 years. The father field full custody of my sin no matter if he wasn't in his birth or been in his life at all or done anything. I have suffered carrying food, schooling, and everything else without his help. Now, 9 years later, he opened the case to get full custody.lol. sound a joke because he doesn't have any pictures or any proof that I didn't let him see his child, but after he changed his atteney he started winning. LOL. Whwn he said his a new atteney's name the Jurge said that my son atteney know her and asked he to call to get her to her next hearing. LOL. I'm looking like what I just heard😂😂 May son's attorney ready was genst me because she wasn't working enough with my son and she didn't like it. LOL. Now, they all families and my attetney was only Mail in this case. He never said anything or fended me with anything, no matter I had all the evidence. He never called me to discuss the case before the next court date, and when he asked me like they wanted three time a week 5h visition, I said no and he hang up on me and went to court without discuss about my case again. I told him that I need a new attetney if he can work my case what is best doe my son because foe me the 3 visition it was too much when my son doesn't want to see him at all. And the father never been in his life. Is that surprising if you are not in your children's life, they don't want to see you because my son is now 9 years old. All my son's attorney and everyone in the court room was genst me and. My attetney took they site also and, of course, the Jurge. They set up a court order, and everything I was absent and my attetney only sent me an email, and he never reminded me about email he sent, and the Jurge yelled me in the court like I was criminal and they 4 rest warren because they said I didn't do something what was lia. LOL.When the Jurge yelled at me, I wasn't 😂 because I had the right to speak fend myself because my attetney didn't fend me. After the courts I tru to call my attetney to tell him that he needed to go if he was not there to help me, but he was too busy with his other cases and didn't answer my calls or messages. He didn't call me or discuss anything with me again, and he went to court .lol. 😂😂next, I think i know the Jurge only asked me the place where to pick up and drop off address. LOL. the hearing was over. He got what he requested 3 days, 5 hours a week supervise visition first month by his own daughter who just turned 18. Whwn I said that is better to get professional people to supervisor because my son doesn't feel comfortable around those people because he never been in his life the Jurge denied again like she has done everything since she took this case. And age gave temporary order without ending date. When I came to the courtroom, they already knew about the order, but how that's possible the Jurge set up any order before asking any questions about this case or if you have seen any documents? Because family court is all about making money not to think about your child interest. I applied custody of my son, but she said that because he was first, she order at first his case at first at first. Lol. I think she suppose give me least the temporary custody that if something happens because my son had always lived with me. THE SYSTEM IS CORRAPTED! WHAT YOU THINK?
