Shame you never had the twin motor performance. We’ve had our TM performance EX30 in the ultra trim for 8 months and it’s the best car I’ve owned.

I've owned an EX30 AWD twin motor, extended range Ultra, for six months now. I think it's a good car and does well both on motorway and country roads. I have had previous cars with HUD's and can't say I miss this feature on the EX30, my preference is for a reliable voice operated system which is a available on the EX30 but I feel is still a work in progress with all new cars.

Seems like a pretty good machine, small & maneuverable, although I really like having a display in front of the driver: maps + speed in front of my eyes while the A/C & radio are on the center screen. You didn't mention if there are manual mirror controls or a direction stalk (aka shifter) but I see it has stalks for turn signals & wipers. I have over a year to go on my Polestar 2 lease so we'll see what the future holds!

Volvo is really going to make sure this is done right in The States. How often are you really looking at the screen?? IF the speed alarn is active you will be ok on speed. There is voice control for functions. Not much need to be looking at screen while driving.
