At the end of this module, students will be able to:
-Identify the 4 Ms of Age-Friendly care
-Identify common health-related issues in older adults (geriatric syndromes)
-Provide basic counseling and resources to older adults on ways to age healthily and ensure healthcare they receive is aligned with their values
