We hit the streets of Toronto to ask people if they would ever move in with a significant other (specifically before marriage), and how big of a role money would play in that decision.

We also asked about Common Law relationships and Cohabitation Agreements.

Common Law = A legal status that’s triggered in Canada when a couple lives together, but they’re unmarried and have lived together for a specific period of time.

Cohabitation Agreement = A legal document for unmarried couples who are buying a home and living together; also called a ‘living together’ contract.
