These look amazing! Two questions: What kind of non-dairy yogurt do you recommend? And is there a way to convert these to almond poppy seed? Really enjoy your recipes!!! They have helped me entertain, as I am Whole Food Plant Based No oil and all of my family and friends are S.A.D. eaters :(

Hi Natalie, I always enjoy your recipes. Could you tell me if using unbleached flour would be OK in this recipe? Was going to use oat flour but sometimes feel it makes the recipes too dense in texture. Would like to try almond flour for the health benefits but Does almond flour have the same result( maybe dense?)
