Footage Shows Philippine Personnel Pointing Guns at China Coast Guard Officers

First, why would you get too close to a military outpost?
Second, you have no rights to be there.
Third, you are approaching and encroaching their position with no clear intention, forcing them to execute a defensive posture.
Finally, these are militarily trained personnel, they are Philippine Navy. If you think you can just walk straight towards them, you're naive.

Based on local Philippine news, as you can see in the start of the video there was a parachute dropping on the other side of the outpost. That was supposed to be supplies airdropped for the soldiers in the outpost. The problem was Chinese Coast Guards with there small boats got to those supplies and threw the supplies to the water were some of the foods were waisted. The Filipino soldiers tried to get what is left from the airdrop as seen in 0:05 but the Chinese were being problematic hence some of the soldiers in the outpost became protective.
