I feel like focusing on your health (mental and physical, even social/spiritual) should come first before financial goals are considered. I'm 45, but I'm starting to see some of my high school classmates and friends die or get sick from things like cancer or alcoholism/drugs. In the end, it doesn't matter how much money you made or your career success when you are in a hospital bed before retirement age. It just seems like people are so focused on material wealth and status, rather than their personal health. Once that is under control, focus can shift elsewhere, but I truly believe that not being physically healthy leads to mental problems.

The only truth is that nobody is going to make it easier for you unless you do it for yourself. And the moment I finished reading all books on mindBloomery, I finally felt like I got the knowledge that will make my life so much better. Focus on one main task and nothing else. It's similar to Scott Galloway's advice about don't waste time with side hustles because if you have a side hustle, then it means your main hustle is wrong or you need to spend more time on your main hustle instead.
