In this lesson, the contribution to global matrix-vector equations from the traction (Neumann) boundary condition will be discussed. Global matrix-vector equations and Dirichlet boundary conditions are used to complete the definition of 3D linearized elasticity. The example of the vector problem is discussed. This course was developed by University of Michigan professors Krishna Garikipati and Dr. Gregory Teichert, in partnership with Ansys.
