Thank you Cristina for refering to me as a recreational golfer. And thats all i am. I have no status as an amateur. And I wish these utube pros would stop refering to recreationa/club golfers as amateur.

Thank you, Christina. I wish somebody explained this to me the first time I played golf. Standing on one leg and then the other with the mass hardly moving put a lightbulb on in my head. Tried it today and I was hitting many more flush shots than I have before.

Hi pars I don't understand when you say on the backswing you move your pressure to the right foot or leg you mean by pressure that I moved the weight or mass of the right foot or as I understand pressing the l right foot into the ground orderse or does pressing mean the same thing as weight shift let me know thanks Jack
