As a Mexican horror aficionado, I would’ve never expected GrimmLife to do a Selena video…… but here we are and it’s just as awesome as all his video’s.

You realize how humble and small her world really was when you go to Corpus, even though she was massive star, she never changed who she was inside ❤️

She was down to earth. Lived in a neighborhood not a mansion. That's a true idol. Rest In Peace Selena 🙏

Couldn't help but cry all throughout this video. I hope she knows how incredibly loved she was and STILL IS! ILY Selena!

My late mom was heavily into the backstage Tejano scene and ran into Selena quite often. When she died, my mother took it really hard and I remember her planting a tree in our backyard in her honor. Three years later, my mom joined Selena in Heaven after a car accident.
Seeing you guys cover this story with so much heart and emotion makes me very happy. I always thought white folks never really understood how important she was to the mexican community, but you two have proved me very wrong and I apologize for my ignorance.
I know Selena's family would admire and appreciate the respect you're showing her memory. <3 Thank you, you've got a new sub!

I was a senior in high school when she was killed, and her song "Dreaming of you" was playing at my senior prom. I can't listen to that song now without crying. She was an amazing singer and a beautiful person.

I was 10 years old and my parents forced me to go to this outdoor concert at a local park. That was the day I saw Selena perform around 1992-1993. I became a huge fan immediately. I’m so lucky to have seen her before her tragic death. 🥀

The gentleman doing this voice over is very respectful & quiet like her voice is in the wind. Rest in peace Selena. Te amo mucho.

You guys!!! Had me crying multiple times in this one. This felt like a true memorial video for her, very respectful. I loved all the footage of her in her boutique while it was being built! She was an artist for the people and I shed tears for this loss quite often. Thank you for covering this xo

This made me so emotional. Born and raised Texan here now living in Corpus Christi, and we grew up with Selena's music. I am also a Mexican American and I still look up to her to this day. Thank you so much for doing this. You can feel the love y'all have for her too in this video.

You guys were so respectful and great at capturing the essence of who this beautiful soul was. Wonderful work, you two.

She had everything: natural beauty and talent, talented family that loved her, a devoted husband that was head-over-heels in love with her (and remains haunted by her ghost to this day), crossover appeal, fashion design career, and a multitude of fans. She had everything but TIME. Yolanda robbed her of even reaching the age of 25, but in death, she achieved a worldwide base of fans from all generations. May her name always echo in the halls of history, from everlasting to everlasting.

You two are always so respectful of the victims and of the areas of their last breaths. You can feel the emotions through watching your videos. Thanks for the great content! RIP Selena, taken so viciously and far too soon.

I saw Selena a lot back in early 90 's in concert here in Dallas. What a beautiful performer. As a Mexican-American (Chicano) Selena was a big part of our culture. One of her very first video was at a park here in Oak Cliff when she was a teenager. We stood around watching her and didn't realize we were watching a legend.

I can't help but get emotional when I see and hear Selena's music. I just love her...I cry every time I hear "Dreaming of you"...every time 💔

In Australia, Tex-Mex music is virtually unknown; I'd never heard of Selena until just happening to click on one of her video's and was completely wowed by her vivacious personality as well as her wonderful voice. RIP Selena.

I visited this motel when it was still the Days Inn. A housekeeper was nice enough to let us see the room just as she was about to clean it. It was so eerie to see it. You can almost feel the energy. I wish I can post the pictures on here. Selena has been an important part of my whole life as I was only 4 years old when she passed. I lived in Corpus Christi for 5 years studying at the university there. I visited her grave numerous times. I lived a few blocks away. Her museum, her statue, her murals all over the city just keep her memory alive. RIP mi reyna.

The Latino community absolutely loved Selena and was devastated on that horrible day. This was a sad yet heartwarming video. Thank you so much! Great "washing machine", Jessica! Lol 🙌❤🙏

I was in Louisiana and we were told that there's a free concert in the park. Criss Cross came out and were booed off stage. Then Selena came out and the crowd went wild! Everyone loved her. Everyone.❤

Horrible what jealousy and hate can destroy.
Rest in peace Selena.
