I HAVE 1 MORE FACT ABOUT THE WITHER! If you rename the wither boss Dinnerbone or Grumm it will be flipped upside down and will not be able to fly upwards.

Wouldn't you know if you were on peaceful? Because hostile mobs don't spawn, which would make it impossible to get the wither skulls? No mobs = No wither skulls = not being able to spawn the wither

I have another thing about withers that like no one knows. When the wither was being made in an unreleased pre-release, the wither kept crashing the game because lines of code about the wither effected java in a way that it somehow deleted lines of code for the game to run and the game really freaked out.
