Ok team it’s TABATA time! It’s Day 5 of the 7 day Glow Up Challenge!! Today’s TABATA is a quick and intense full body workout but don’t worry, after we power through it we are going to slow things down with a much needed full body stretch. Stretching and taking time for recovery is clutch and many of us, myself included, don’t make enough time for it. So resist the urge to skip the cool down today and show your body some love! OK let’s dive in!

TABATA PORTION OVER, TIME TO STRETCH. No sweeter words have ever been spoken, lol. The tabata was sweaty and the stretch was wonderful. Perfect combo. Thanks for this great workout Heather!

This was a super fun way to round out my power hour with Heather today. Prepped my body with a vintage 30 min. LIHIIT with no equipment and then the full body stretch was pure bliss! Thanks so much for the body love!!!!

Loved this tabata and stretch! I especially liked the speech guided stretch, made it so much easier to follow. I’d like to see the cool downs be speech guided as well. Thanks for the great workouts!!!

Ok, can I just say how much I am loving this Glow Up, Heather?! Seriously! And this guided full body stretch was sooo good, especially with your reminders to relax the jaw and to breathe, because I tend to hold tension and my breath! Feeling great after this Day 5! 👌

I have loved all of Heather's routines for months but this is the 1st one where she talks. A lot. I prefer the tones and visual to notify when moving on to the next exercise. Great stretch though!
