Good video but you should check out the Peak Design Capture Camera Clip. Same idea but made out of metal and wayyy more reassuring in terms of durability. I've put my GH4 with a 70-200mm telephoto without any problems.

B-Grip UNO is very similar to Peak Design's Capture Clip. Peak Design uses a metal plate.
