The R A ( radar altimeter) counting down the hight over the runway. Fast counting can lead to a hard landing. In this video, there is a fast countdown of the radar Altimeter, BUT a great and correct flare done by the F/O who is the pilot flying, made the landing soft like butter. Good job 👏

The First Officer seems to be a very skilled and experienced Pilot who did a magnificent job flying and landing the plane. Visibility was terrible until just before landing but it was no problem for this First Officer at all. He truly did a fine job.
