Pretty slick grill. I'm thinking about ordering one from Lowes.

The conversion is confusing, when it doesn't have to. Most conversions require changing out the small brass orifices from propane to natural gas. Monument, in their defense, includes them already installed. You just have to remove the four propane ones. They are hidden between the burner tubes and the front burner controls.
With that said, the 41847NG model assembly manual, on page 27, in Step 5, clearly states "Replace with the natural gas orifice." I spent a lot of time looking for my four missing orifices.
I then spent two weeks badgering Monument help line. They are useless. Never returned my calls. I then tried Lowe's (where I bought the grill). They re-ordered the same grill and were going to return mine as defective.
Monument: Please clarify your assembly instructions and hire more people for the phones. At least they answered my email with this video.

But doesn’t the video appears to show that the side burner orifice needs to be replaced with the NG orifice? Mine didn’t come with one.

Getting the side burner LP orifice off is impossible. I can’t get it off no matter how hard I try. I’m to the point where I’m about to damage it. Any suggestions?
