Piece of cake! I did this to another grill years ago but the process involved removing one orifice and installing a different one, this is a bit easier. I like the design of this grill better than the one I have with it's one igniter and flame rail across the front under the burners, it makes reaching in to tend food hotter than I like. Thanks for the vid, it helped me make up my mind about this grill!

got an issue...the screws on the igniters are rusted out and wont come off - phillips head (every one I tried) just spun. Now what? Can you do this by taking the front assemblies off each knob and remove the nozzles that way?

Hi. I have this BBQ for a year now and overall it's great. But I every time there's grease leaking out the back and runs down. Any advice on how to prevent this? I have already cleaned the grease trays.

I’m so confused !! I didn’t replace anything I just took my gas hose from my house and screwed in and it worked am I supposed to do something else. I don’t want to cause a fire in my house?

After doing this, my burners make a humming sound and flames are crazy upon ignition. Any advice? Also, my bbq did not have "set screws". So nothing done beneath the knobs.

Does this kit work with model GAS2456AF sold in Canada (Walmart)? Does not list this model in the Cuisinart website link.
Also what is the size of the connection on the gas line ends? 3/8" compression to the BBQ and 3/8" NPT at the quick connect?

What is the specs on the other side of the hose specifically the quick connect that attaches to gas supply side ? Is it half inch pipe thread in pic it looks like compression.

I ordered the 4 burner grill along with the conversion kit. The conversion kit arrived today and the grill should arrive tomorrow. I am assuming the grill will come unassembled. Am I correct in guessing that I can remove the LP valve tips first and then basically start the grill assembly ?

So basically just remove the lp orifices and replace the hose?

I noticed that the LP valve tip was removed but never replaced with NG valve tip. Does it need NG valve tip?

Thanks for the video! The Twin Oaks Dual Function Cuisinart grill is "duel fuel" but the valves don't appear to be dual fuel--they don't have set screws. Can I get valves so that it can be converted to natural gas?

To be 100% clear, to convert, you remove the LP orifices, screw in the valve screws and that's it. There are no NG orifices to install in their place.
