I am sorry but Kirsten never had an issue with starring in the sequels for Spider-man, she stated several times that she loved working with Sam Raimi and Tobey Mcguire. You make it sound like she only appeared in those films for the money which is false. She only decided to audition for the part of Mary Jane because she heard that Tobey and Sam were involved and she is set to reprise her role in the next spider-man chapter with Tobey also returning as Peter.
As for her criticism of the second reboot, I don't think people realize that Kirsten was critical of this franchise because she was asked this question over and over again and she got fed up with it. When the first reboot came out in 2012, she was very enthusiastic about it and was excited for both Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone and supported them in several interviews including a very vocal one on The View back in 2011. After the second reboot, she kept on getting the same question over and over again so no wonder she got fed up with it, especially when the press didn't harass neither James Franco nor Tobey Mcguire about it.
