i had a friend like this too. my crush and i had been great friends for about 4 yearsand he came to my school this past year. i started noticing that he might have liked me. so i asked my good friend to help me figure out whether he liked me, bc she seemed quite eager to help. she asked for his number and was acting a lot closer to him and i thought nothing of it. not only did she not keep her word, she even started making it known to everyone that she liked him, not even talking to me about it. they both like eachother now, and he now acts with her, just like he used to act with me. she thinks she's so special and he treats her so uniquely like no- the jokes he tells you that make you blush I MADE up. it's all reused. they can like whoever she wants, but it kind of hurts to know she would turn her back so easily just for a guy...

One month later, the guy was in my dms even though I didn't show any interest in him..eventually, we got to know each other better and started hanging out casually. even though my friend was already in a relationship..she constantly tried to grab his attention. whenever he met me, she would constantly try to stick with us somehow and even when we started dating officially, she continued hitting on him. She told everyone that she was the one who introduced him to me but only me and my bf knew what her intentions were. even though I've broken up with him now but i feel irritated when i remember her behaviour.

I had a fake friend like this. I never told her willingly who I liked but one day she bugged me so much I ended up telling her who my supposed crush is. I acted all nervous and what not so she would believe me and she fell for it. Next thing I knew she would tell me that my crush probably likes her because according to her they talk and are close. I legit saw her trying to flirt with "my crush". I acted bothered and shortly after ended my relationship with her. Little did she know I had no crush and just chose a random boy. I recommend that if you believe you have a fake friend to test them. If they are shady, leave! I did and it saved me a lot of trouble.

I remember our boys classmates gave us diaries as a present and I wrote there about my feelings about one guy from a parallel class. So, there was a typical “the most popular” girls band in my class, and one of them took and read my diary when I was outside. I noticed her reading and I told her politely not to tell anyone. You NEVER tell ANYONE about your crush... but you can have a little fun like I had. I told my college "friend" about this "crush" I had and he, obviously, started talking more and more with her.

You don't need to be a detective to see where this is going. The funniest part is when he called me to meet his girlfriend (my fake crush). The tables completely turned when I suggested a 4 way dinner with him, his girlfriend, and of course me and my ACTUAL crush who now was my girlfriend.

Both me and my girlfriend had the time of our lives, while my "friend" was absolutely FUMING. He started saying very awkward things that only the both of us knew what really meant, only to continue escalating the situation.

Long story short, he stormed off, leaving his now ex girlfriend sitting there crying. He never really liked her, he was way more into my girlfriend than he ever was into his, I could tell by the looks he gave her, even she told me this after we went home.

I hope you learnt something.

(Oh and btw, we introduced the other girl to another one of my friends that ACTUALLY liked her, so it's a happy ending)
