Ultimately I feel really sad for mr grizz.

Being conscious during cryosleep clearly drove him beyond sanity. And coming back to a world where his kind, the once dominant species, were completely gone and replaced by a class of animal he would inherently consider inferior due to the prey-predator relationship a bear has with fish, well, he was pretty much only ever going to do something drastically insane.

I still think the telephone from the dlc is a little more sinister than Mr Grizz, i mean that thing wanted to wipe out an entire species just because they weren’t worthy enough for humanity’s knowledge, and this bear just wanted to turn the whole world into fuzzy mammal creatures

This is a worse fate than octo expansion because as far as I'm concerned, tartar only hit inkopolis and the sanitised ink doesn't make the octolings and inklings sanitised, In order for them to be sanitised it has to be pumped into their veins otherwise every time agent 8 stepped into the ink she would be sanitised. But even then it could be that pure blended octoling and sanitised ink are 2 different things. Any way even if the ink does sanitised people it's only the enhabitance of inkopolis, unlike the fuzzy goo that destroys the planet killing everyone
