Electric go carting is taking off, the tracks are popping up everywhere, but the ones shown in the video seem to be running at 1/4 speed compared to the tracks I've seen.

Go karts are fun, but if they're gas-powered, you're just adding more pollution to the air. But if they were electric, powered by solar, that would be very cool.
