Economese to English: China's future is as bright as its brightest landmark periods of the past: the '50s and the '60s.

So much fancy terms. Western biased economist always like to paint gloom and pain, but guess what, we still rely on China on so many things. Gosh... so much value in China.

So much said, without saying anything. Dr. Jin has a tendency to talk about generalisms when critique around Chinese policies arise. I can feel the hosts' frustration...she fed them plenty of nothing burgers while dodging yes/no answers.

Unless china lets the yuan to float, nothing is going to get fixed. But it will be painful in the short term. Current economic growth after 2008 is bogus. we need to gdp to go to atleast 2008 to fix the issue. but it is politically unpalatable. So China is going to be in limbo for another 10-15 years before they take the hard decision of letting yuan float. So only way out is chinese surplus exploding to $5tn in next 10-15 years
