"In fraganti" is not latin, it is derived from it. For example, in Italy we say "In flagrante"

Practically all of these phrases are also used in English and, I should imagine, most European languages. I wouldn't say that they are particularly useful as they are used more in literary and legal language. I'm not quite sure why you included these in a Spanish language video.
