In January of this year (2021), my best friend of 36 years died in a car crash. Two days before, we found out her son and his girlfriend are having a baby boy. She didn't have a chance to make anything for them yet so I am making this blanket for them. Thank you!

I love that I found your videos! I was looking for an easy pattern to make a blanket for my friend's baby and this is gorgeous and your instructions are so easy to follow! I also love that you are from Turkey. When I was working at the US Army dependent school in Augsburg, one of the mommies was from Turkey and I have so many fond memories of her sharing her culture with me. A visit to Turkey is on my bucket list.

I love your tutorials and I subscribed about 2 weeks ago....I know how you feel about crocheting with cats, lol. I only have one now as I had to let go of my girl about a week ago...I had her for 12 years and found that she had stomach cancer so, I had to have her put to sleep. She stopped eating and drinking, stopped doing everything. It breaks my heart ad I miss her so much...but she's not hurting anymore...I love watching your kitties get right in the middle of you crocheting. Both of mine did the same and now my little boy cat decides if I'm crocheting, he is coming up to stop me. Wants pets and seems when I put the crochet down, he gets down! lol
He is 12 years old too, they were born a week apart.
