there is an artifact domain where you fight him and you can put him to the lowest level with a low level character so you can get him to 1hp. hope this helps
edit: I believe it was the bottom one the fire dmg artifact set

you can simply just kill the ones in the luofu map at the artisan commsion, just wait till they overheat and summon the fish get them low and kill the fish, took me like 3 tries.

Did it in sim universe. There is a card in Preservation, which deals damage, but can't kill. So it leaves 1hp to him. Ez
