Wow. I found this gem randomly, and is in my top 5 easily. As a psychonaut I can see why this movie is getting low ratings, unless you have been initiated you aren't going to get any of this.
This is more of a documentary than a feature film TBH.
I highly recommend this to anyone who is trying to make sense of psychedelic experiences or are seeking knowledge thorough ways that fall outside the boundaries of reductive materialism

I just watched it. I must say it was very weird 😅 it wasn't scary but more squeamish. I'd give it a 3 1/2 out of 5. I like it

The movie is under the horror category but there was nothing even remotely scary. The only thing I was scared of was getting a seizure and my eardrums being ripped because they had minutes of strobing lights and electronic screeches in your ears for no reason.

That Martin character reminded of the consistency of a wet noodle, you’d thought this guy had ever been on a hike before let alone the outdoors type, and after the event with Zach you would’ve thought that Zach was dead by the way they were behaving. Ex wife definitely sus, not even the shadow of a doubt. Yo. So this movie is a trip 🤔 talks of a virus but than the movie drifts away to a kinda scientist and a guide who treks 2 days in the forest only to meet a hippy hermit who’s clearly lost his mind and his partner is in a trance with the earth and some vibrations some kind of cult and sacrifices and meanwhile I’m trying to figure out what do these hippy lunatics have anything to do with the virus.
Just a tripped out movie for Stoners.
