1950s: Tweedledum and Tweedledum from Disney’s Alice and Wonderland

1960s: The Great Gazoo from the Flintsones first appearing in 1965, He was so out of place and did not fit the universe at all, he was merely a plot device to move episodes along. Many people blame him for the Show getting canceled just one year later in 1966.

1970s: Scrappy Doo: He was first introduced In the Scooby Spinoff Series: Scooby and Scrappy Doo

1980s: Wheelie from the 1986 Transformers Movie. But it’s not like he got any better in recent years.

1990s: Jar Jar Binks or Caillou

2000s: Annoying Orange, The First Episode came out in 2009

2010s: Nick from Big Mouth

2020s: Skibidty Toilet
