Strong winds shift plane at DFW Airport

Tuesday morning, extremely strong winds made their way to the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

The plane was completely off, so there was no hydraulics for the parking brake. When a plane is shut down, the wheels will be chocked by the ground personnel to prevent the plane from moving out of place.

Is absolutely incredible how a 737-800 with parking breaks on being blown around in a strong windstorm bc those things weigh like 90, 000 lbs. to 175, 000 lbs.
