I would rather invest than pay off a mortgage aggressively if I'm under 50. If I experience financial hardship now, chances are I can recover better when I'm younger and healthier than when I'm older. Being able to pay your mortgage in hard times is what an emergency fund is for. There's an inflation risk tied to investing later.

Hi ladies! Can you offer me so suggestion. I have 5 credit cards and i am only able to pay the minimum each month. I do have a set amt from my SSI. I received no other income. Other than another source of income, what can i do to help myself. I would be grateful for sound advice from you guys. I also have a loan i am paying off. I want to pay off my credit cards. Is that even possible for me? Should i get another loan and pay them off that way and just pay the loan. I am 66 and a widow. Thanks for listening 🪴
