He didn't say she wasn't Black, he said he didn't know she was black because Kamala always talked about herself as indian-american. And I just saw a video from 2016 where she is saying she is proud to be the first indian-american to be elected. Harris knows it, and she knows that those statement and videos she made prior to 2019 will resurface. That's why she didn't went hard on attacking him.
