Note: Chris did do some ‘tidying up’ of the code after shooting, to improve the quality of the completed file. This involved improving the in-code annotations and the structure of the code. No new coding ideas were introduced, however, and the mechanisms all work in the same way. Don’t feel that you should copy every detail of Chris’ approach, however; you now have the tools to design and implement your own powerful Excel userform-based applications. Good luck!

Chris, outstanding videos! I am learning a lot! One note, so far, which I don't see a lot of people doing. I utilize Tables & Named Ranges extensively to make the best use of Dynamic Ranges which update as they are added to. For example: I made a tables out of each of the columns in the Lists, then named each individual table by it's Header i.e.: I named the Yes/No column/table as "Yes_No" and the Gender column/table as "Gender", subsequently; @ 11:07 - Row Source... in the Row Source Property for the Gender ComboBox, one simply needs to enter "=Gender".

Named Ranges can be used which make it easier to remember & enter ranges.

Chris - finding this set of videos very useful. Adding the Yes/No button I would like a required data box when YES is chosen. Ideally, this box would be not selectable when NO is selected. Any insite would be helpful.
