Its actually kinda interesting thinking about the world of fosters home. After the Christmas episode realizing every kid can make a billion versions of Santa every year. The cost of food would be nuts, and it opens the gate for any fanfiction writer with nightmare fuel. So many gokus, marvel characters, etc etc.

when I was watching the show as a kid I thought to myself "Frankie would've made an awesome older sister to grow up with"

I can actually see a wholesome episode involving this character and his imaginary friend. There's no real guarantee that he's a scumbag, maybe just lonely. Could be he gets a dose of reality and decides to leave his imaginary friend behind, finally moving on and seeing the error of his ways.

I remember reading an r34 "comic" about this exact situation. Poor Frankie ended up with a whole bunch of imagined "sisters" and awkwardly discovered that she even had a fan website thanks to "Goth Frankie" a new "sister" that got dropped off at Foster's - except her new Goth sister was created by a girl and was quite "friendly"
