9:36 why do people misunderstood her sig tho? It buffs WIELDER basic attack damage, which means the OWNER or USER of the weapon not his/her teammates. In short, Zhezhi coordinated attack has increased BA dmg bonus when she's off field, it doesn't buff encore or other characters in the team.

An excellent breakdown of the differences between these two sub dps. As someone who has Yinlin, I've been hesitating at picking up Zhezhi, though I love the design of the character, but just only because I already have YinLin, and Changli, and of course Sanhua, who is not to be overlooked as a great subdps. But now you've got me thinking maybe I do need Zhezhi. Of course, your best advice at the end is just "You should really just get all three" lol. 😂

There's a problem with Yinlin's kit that makes ZZ hands-down better in most situations. Being that the enemies must stay alive for her DPS to be optimized.

By the time she marks all the on-field enemies and switches, it's likely they're nearly dead and her off-field DPS drops to zero as soon as they die. ZZ is much better for this reason alone that her DPS is constant and not dependent on marking enemies nor them staying alive to take damage.

Against single bosses, Yinlin's DPS drops severely because it's scaled for being able to hit multiple enemies at once. Hitting 5 enemies for 10k each is outstanding DPS but one enemy for that much is likely comparable to Mortefi (mine is not built enough to actually compare) and certainly a great deal less than what ZZ is doing.

I really think they scuffed her kit a bit even though she's my favorite character to play, it would be much better if her forte led to Zapstring staying on-field attacking/marking enemies a certain number of times or some sort of lightning field that would strike and mark enemies over a period of time.

Another goof is that often her basic attacks fail to mark the enemy anyway, and many of her passive buffs even throughout her sequences are again dependent on her hitting enemies and having marked them previously. Her full potential is really scuffed by these systems such that in most scenarios she's not performing optimally compared to ZZ who is reasonably doing max DPS 100% of the time regardless of the number of enemies and not having to redo the rotation every time a new enemy shows up.
