It's time for another "Ultimate" tactic! This one is based around the 4312 formation. The Ultimate narrow tactic in FM23. I had some much fun making this masterpiece. Based around the tiki taka game style, you can expect to dominate possession, have fantastic pass completion and also score some very well worked goals!

I had to rewatch the part where you talked about not complicating player roles then immediately glossed over your centre halves having different roles haha. I'm going to use this for Vanarama North's Aylesbury (promoted twice) after my season fell off a cliff post-patch, going from 5 points clear at the top down to 5th and 6 points behind 1st. Just under half a season left and I have the players capable of playing the positions so fingers crossed

do you believe this midfield could work with a classic 433? I dont like to have a DM and 2 MC and would preffer setting a midfield like this. Argentina did this something like this in the WC with macalister+enzo+depaul

Trying this tactic with Brighton and we can't seem to score goals, we started well with 8 goals in 3 games, but since then we have scored 3 in 6 games and seem to be conceding a few too esp away from home any tips?
