It doesn't matter 3, 4, or 5 stars in comparison to the the complete failure of coaching to develop our big guys. We have a systemic coaching incompetence issue, and it has been the case for years. The word is out on this coaching staff, and potential recruits are surely aware.

They have to recruit at least 3 starting caliber offensive linemen from the portal.

But, Tim May said we have another stellar "Big Time" recruiting class. So the stars by a recruits name is the measure of success?

Question for next year- Can any of the defensive linemen move over to the offensive line?

It doesn’t matter at this point who they get, the talent is only developed at WR, the rest just fight to stay afloat. We do not have the right coaches to get it done. Most coaches make in game adjustments, the ones at OSU do not. We will continue to make the B1G title game week a bye week as long as Day, Frye, Kelly, and Special Teams Coordinators are still in C-bus.

Next year is looking even uglier for the offensive line unless OSU gets lucky in the portal. The poor recruiting is catching-up with OSU.

Coaches need to develop which hasnt happen under Day as HC. OSU does not look like other 5-Stars in SEC and even at some smaller schools crazy

The idea that getting high level recruits has to be prioritized when lower level guys being developed properly is perfectly fine is bizarre

Maybe the strategy is: if we ignore the offensive line and kicking deficiencies, maybe these problems will disappear! Looks like things are going to get much worse next season at this rate.

So, with all the Divisions in College Football we should be able to find at least three quality linemen.

The Buckeyes are playing the game on the wrong side of the line scrimmage. The offensive line doesn't run block correctly. Their pad level is too high and they're slow off the ball.

The quality and quantity is not there from a recruiting standpoint.

Have to move on from Frye.

We seriously need a great OLine Coach and Special Teams coach! We need to have a much more diverse and consistent run game even with the Backs that we have! Judkins and Henderson would have even been better with better line play! Fry is not the answer!
