500 kg has too small AoE. It should be matching the explosion effect.
There's nothing more disappointing than seeing entire swarm of enemies exit from the explosion with seemingly no damage.

The Eagle Airstrike is also really great for objectives. It can take out an entire hive or egg sack objective.

Hit the nail on the head with the 500kg. I despise the stupid thing. When I need it to hit, it feels like it has the AoE range of a frag grenade lol. The call in beam landed right in the gap between its left legs and its body. Blew up...and the titan was the very picture of health after the dust cleared. Heck, even a charger survived with no apparent dmg despite being well within the explosive fireball. Just feels like an overly flashy explosion with no actual substance to it...which is extremely frustrating.

In my experience the 110mm rockets do way over 50% to Bile Titans, in addition to busting open its armor so a couple Railgun shots can finish the job.

I have actually one shot a bile titan with the air strike, I have a clip saved on my PS5. Guess the stars aligned and it hit just right.

if you crack the armour of a bile titan with the rocket pods, throwing an impact nade into the soft spot will do massive damage, deffo something worth trying out, and also saves a use of the rocket pods

I watched your vid yesterday and thought i’d give the 110mm eagle a chance and i have to say it’s one of my favorite stratagem in the game now. It’s so good ! One shots tanks, one strike and an eat to the face of a bile titan and they are dead it’s insane. I’d go as far as to say that it’s straight up better than the 500 kg bomb and it’s sadly small radius

As a former Joint Fires Observer when you pull out an eagle stratagem you should he able to hold R and select an attack direction. North to south, SE> NE, etc... Default being called "At pilot's discretion"

In my experience the 110 rockets never hit what they are supposed to. They simply do not come as advertised. Hope they fix it.

500kg bomb always feels weak. It eats up a lot of the ground and dropping it in a big nest seems to not kill the nests and make it harder to climb out after you go in to manually take out lairs and pick up resources.

This and 110 pods are the only real options for titans (in the ranger strikes). But, I’d prefer almost anything over this for titans. Rail cannon strike seems more effective by a whole lot.

I still use the strafing run for its close quarters low friendly fire. Also gets 3 run per reload without upgrades

Personally I love the smoke run especially on the higher difficulties cause if were getting overwhelmed its useful to throw it down and break contact with the automatons and get into a better position or just evade the enemy all together.

I've had alot of success with cluster bombs against the automatons. Alot of them have unshielded weak points that gets killed they these and if it's too big for that then that's what rocket pods are for

I just unlocked the pods, they are clutch. I've been using it in conjunction with the 380mm orbital.

I always like the eagles stratagems over other ones and always wanted to do a full eagles loadout. Which four eagles would be most versatile to use against bugs, robots and Illuminati without swapping to different ones
