How is being married for a lifetime to single individual not tested? Isn’t that actually the ultimate test. To work through life’s ups and downs with one individual that sticks with you when you have nothing and helps you get up when you may stumble along your path through life or have doubts about your own capability’s? Not everyone can find the right one to spend a life with off the bat but I think 110 percent of each persons effort is needed to make something truly lifelong work.

Forreal though, I've said this for years. There are tons of guys who have wives thinking they're the cream of the crop and the most loyal guys ever. In reality those guys just never have any opportunity to make those mistakes.... It's pretty damn easy to stay faithful when nobody else wants your ass. The real test is when a guy has plenty of opportunities like that and still says no.

My dad was only married to 1 woman and was tempted, and shined thru 50 years, and did volunteer for his 2nd tour of Vietnam. He was a quiet and admirable person the lokes of which you dont see nowadays
