It’s actually better to mount it flush with the ceiling. That way you can maximise the neck strain required to enjoy your viewing.

I worked in a TV store for years. You should never have to look up to a TV, it should be line of sight or slightly down. Much better for the neck and eyes. Why people put them at that height is just crazy.

Dang that TV is in the clouds. Also on store display mode everything looks great on the TV. If I had a $100k tv and don't have all my channels coming in at 8k it won't change much.
