Learning How to Backflip a Helicopter

Today I visited Scott from Pylon Aviation and rode in his Twin Turbine BO-105 helicopter. There's very few helicopters on this planet that are approved to fly upside down, and we got to try it! What an amazing experience!

All right so I had to research some infos on the Helicopter.

It's a Bölkow Bo 105.
The heli was developed in germany in the sixties and was the first one ever with a fixed rotor head and the first civilian helicopter with two engines.
This gives it an unmatched controllability (especially the rotor head).
It's also the only helicopter model ever to get an approval/certification for aerobatic flying. Matter of fact there are only 4 helicopters worldwide with such an approval and they're all Bo 105 operated by Red Bull. That's why he had to do so much paperwork and register it as an experimental aircraft

Cleetus is a freakin genius man... His ability to remember so many things involving machines is nuts! Dude can drive/fly anything while understanding exactly what all the mechanical parts are doing. KEEP IT UP BROTHER!

Since the pre Ruby days, I've been excited, happy, worried, and concerned for yalls safety countless times. This the first time you've left my jaw on the floor.

I listen to the podcast you were on and you said how you can stay relatable with all this stuff etc. but what makes you relatable is the fact your humble and doing the things that WE would do, if we could. So we live vicariously through you in some way, keep up the top quality content that you want to make and we the people will be here for it!

This dude knows his helicopter like no other. I'm thoroughly impressed his ability to talk through every moment of the maneuvers.

I am watching this, as a big helicopter fan, no pilot, far away in the Netherlands and it is so nice to see Cletus doing these things with so much respect for man and machine. I enjoy every moment watching his videos everytime again.

I love Cleet for his respectful and understanding nature to learning new crazy things like this. With a youtube channel fueled by adrenalin and freedom, it's refreshing to see someone on this platform doing things like this in the right way.
