I got the Elgato the other day and its flawless it records in 1080p HD and its simple to use. I started recording BF3 xbox360 montages and had uploaded them to my YouTube channel within an hour of plugging it in. I recommend this to all gamers.

is there any lag issues? im not sure if you mentioned it i dont wanna search to see if you did but it looked like your shot wasnt on and you still got the kill. was that normal game lag or was that because of the recording device. nice vid btw

Okay, this capture card seems great! Question though, the gameplay at the end, did you edit that at all? The color seems faded to me. It could just be MW3, but does the quality degrade after you upload to Youtube?

I've had a HD PVR, and the flat colours are the same as the Elgato, so I wouldn't worry about that. From what I've seen, this is incredible. The same price as a PVR, much smaller, no PSU and best of all, a simple HDMI connection (I hate component). There isn't hardly for sale in the UK yet, but I'm sure there will be soon. Thanks for a great review mate!
