so i found out that lots of other programs and games on my computer have cfa files too and im not sure if i should delete those. Its hard to tell which files are from adobe so is is ok to just delete them all or will that affect other programs and games?

Is it safe to delete those CFA files? What are they for? Will I loose any of my work? Thank you.
