Ok, hate to be that one guy in the comments but it’s played with all downstrokes and barre chords. Nerd emoji me all you want but that’s how Johnny played it.

It isn’t played like this. It’s full barre chords, and Johnny played it with only downstrokes.

It’s still a really easy song, it’s more just a test of endurance if you can get through multiple Ramones songs without your hands cramping up.
