Crockpot Juicy Steak

Ingredients:
- Stew Meat
- 1 packet Au Ju
- 1 packet Onion Soup Mix
- 1 can Beef broth

Dump all ingredients into the crockpot, cook on high 4 hours or low 6-8 hours. We served it with mashed potatoes & a Caesar salad. (It’s also great with rice and veggies)

Add pkg of carrots bag of small potatoes Swiss chalet gravy great pot roast ❤

You need to add some cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the watery gravy.

ProTip -- make that ahead and freeze it, then when pie crusts are on sale throw it in a pot with some carrots, potatoes, peas (whatever veggies you like or have on hand) and make a quick beef pot-pie.
