This is a grilling recipe for turkisk kanat / Chicken wings Kabob - using mostly spices produced in india - except Sumac | Its an easy Turkish Chicken Kebabs recipe!

Ingredients
1 kg/ 2.2 lbs chicken wings
Yogurt - 3 tbsp
1 tsp - sumac
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp red Chilli flakes
1.5 tsp salt
3 tbsp - Turkish Chilli paste
2 tbsp - olive oil
2 cloves - Garlic
1 tbsp Indian Chilli
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp lime
1/4 tsp pepper

Cooking Instructions
Marinate overnight
On medium flame - grill for 30-40 minutes
