Ohhh, I most certainly will try it.. What you did to that steak and how you prepared it was perfection. Came out tender & juicy, flavorful and you can bet I'm headed to the store tomorrow morning and buying a supply of Dan O's for my pantry! And then I'm going to buy 4 Porterhouse steaks and 4 T-bones to work out this delicious recipe.. (Hope the Porterhouse & T-bones are good substitute). I've got the sous vide and the vacuum sealer ready to go!

You have to pat the steaks dry after sous vide if not you won't get that crust we all love.
