Another great recipe for butterbeer is this-It's easy, and looks and tastes exactly like it does in the Harry Potter Studio Tour!!

At the bottom of the glass, put some *liquid caramel* (depending on how big the glass is)
Fill the glass (but not all the way to the top) with *cream soda*
Cover the top with *whipped cream*

I'm a VERY BIG FAN of Harry Potter

For the Mandrake cupcake instead of using fondant, use this recipe
1/2 cup of powder milk
1/2 cup of sugar
Splash of milk (really, there is no precise measurement for the milk)

Put al of those ingredients in a bowl and mix WITH YOUR HANDs, it's going to be yucky, but worth it. If you did it correctly, you should have a powdery ball after mixing it for a while, ( if it's still yucky and sticky, add another 2 spoons of powder milk and 2 spoons of sugar) keep kneading the ball with your hands until it's less powdery, then make the balls the size you like and put it in the fridge for 15 minutes, make the details after those minutes. It's really tasty, at least better than fondant
OBS: IT DOES NOT GROW IN THE FRIDGE, SO IF IT'S STILL TO LITTLE FOR YOU, REPEAT THAT RECIPE UNTIL YOU HAVE THE AMOUNT YOU WANT.
