Jen was my favorite, all she ever wanted was to be truly loved. Jack telling her she was his soul mate in the end made me feel better about her being chosen to die.

Jen was the most sympathetic character and in my opinion the most talented artist among them.

The series begins with Jen's arrival, so of course it had to end with her departure. Genuinely surprised that wasn't a key part of the creative decision!

When grams said “ill see you soon child” i cried so hard and applauded kevin williamson at the same time, i was so impressed with his ability to make me grieve a fictional death as hard as i did Jens!

I'm over 40 now. When going back to memory lane, i watch an episode of Dawson's creek, i instantly feel heart broken and mad mad love for Jen, the wounded soul. A girl like her in real life.. i would do anything for her. I mean anything. She is the girlfriend i always wish to have. She is the kind of girl you never leave. She is the kind of human being that makes you become the best you can ever be.

It was unnecessary for him to do this I reckon because it was literally the last ever episode. I know its just a show blah blah but throughout watching it you get attached to the characters like poor Jen didn't get her happy ending like the rest of them did. The whole episode was so heartbreaking

Sad, sad.. ...Jen should have found true love with Dawson before she died instead she died knowing she could never have what Joey have a choices of true love.

Jen's death was heartbreaking, and I cried when I watched the episode... but it's still - pardon the writers - an easy and inelegant choice. A tearful and spectacular end to mark the spirits, but which lacks all the finesse and subtlety of the first seasons, particularly seasons 1, 2 and 4. Having articulated the whole conclusion around an easy death and Joey's choice between Dawson and Pacey was fan service. The series deserved a more nuanced and interesting ending.

Oh give me a break. The only reason he gets "choked " up now is due to the fact that the actress who played this character is a major holywood star and acclaimed actress Jen as a character like most woman on that show not named Joey were written in really problematic ways.

It really was a dumb decision killing her off. Made no sense. The decision to kill her off was sad not that she died. Literally did it just because. "If i kill Jen thats gonna force the other 3 into action" this show was always the Dawson/Pacey/Joey show and we were full of it. Jen deserved a better ending. He literally admitted to killing her off at the other character's expense. Stupid.

Но Джен никогда не забивала о Джеке, и часто ходила к нему на кладбище, и считала его настоящим героем.
И Джен Верила, Что Джеку на том Свете, Будет дуже Хорошо.
И что бабушка Джен и брат Тим будут там дуже любить Джека.
Сестра тоже не забывала Джека, и тоже ходила к нему на кладбище.
А Джек на том свете потом отдал свою душу, и исчез навсегда, чтобы Джени и его Сестра Энди, здесь дуже хорошо жили. И Джени и Энди будут жить дуже хорошо, и они всегда будут помнить Джека.
